At this time, my postpartum doula services are private pay. Some insurance plans may choose to reimburse members for doula services, so I always encourage potential clients to check their individual insurance benefits.


I offer both personally curated postpartum packages and hourly sessions for families within my county, as well as prenatal visits when requested. To reach out about scheduling my doula services as well as book a complimentary consultation, please email

Prenatal Doula Support

 

Preparing your heart and home for your postpartum journey. Postpartum doula visits are designed to help you feel prepared and informed for postpartum and may include:


  • Assistance with meal planning & prep


  • Assistance with nursery organization, preparing a delivery day bag and more


  • Assistance with household preparation in the case of home births


  • Resource lists for local birth doulas, midwives, and other providers and services



  • Childcare for other children so you can just rest or take some time to yourself while in the home

 

Prenatal doula visits are billed at an hourly rate of $30/hour.


At this time, I am not taking birth clients; however, please reach out for recommendations for some amazing local birth doulas.

Support can be scheduled as needed, giving you peace of mind and steady care during this tender season.

The Nurtured Package is designed to help give mama a much-needed break anytime during postpartum for mother-focused care, newborn care, light household help and more. This package also makes a thoughtful gift for the new mama in your life!

Bloom Package

 

 

The Bloom Package is best for mamas who desire more regular support during their postpartum journey. As with the other packages, the Bloom Package's hours can be scheduled with flexibility.  

As a special way to commemorate this sweet season, this package also includes a complimentary newborn or family Keepsake photography session, capturing the quiet beauty of these first days together.
